WILD & FREE: Vocal Improv for Everyone (20 participants max)

Weekend Workshop: Friday, Apr 19 (6-9pm) / Saturday, Apr 20 (9-4pm) / Sunday, Apr 21 (9 – 4 pm)
$125-$250 sliding scale; scholarships available.  Register / Pay

Drop into your body, breath, and creative impulse … and cut loose as we build sonic and soulful connections to each other, create shared space to hold our deepest truths, an discover the magic of vocal improvisation. All skill levels welcome. Participants must commit to the full workshop and will participate in an Earth Day Song Ceremony on Sunday.

Earth Day Song Ceremony – Free!

Monday, April 22, 7 pm, Unitarian Universalist Church of Indianapolis, 615 W. 43rd St.

Gather in praise, lament, and hope for this wondrous planet. Come participate as you are – in silent appreciation or in full-throated song – and mark Earth Day with reverence, joy, and possibility through community singing, performance, a seed exchange, and shared food! All ages are welcome to this free event; a voluntary offering will be collected to support Indiana Native Plant Society. Info

Find resonance and presence as we weave a web of connection through community singing. All ages and skill levels–from shy first-timers to seasoned choristers–are welcome to this paperless and perfection-free zone!

We’ll hold space for each other and this tender world with gorgeous songs that stir the heart, sooth the spirit, and help us metabolize what it means to be alive in this moment. Learn songs by ear in this perfection-free and paperless zone. All experience levels–from shy first-timer to seasoned chorister–are welcome!
